Data Processing and Storage

CSV Data: All CSV files you upload are processed locally on your Mac device. We do not upload, store, or transmit your raw data to our servers. Your data remains on your device at all times.

AI Processing: When using AI-powered chart recommendations, only metadata about your data structure (column names, data types, row counts) is sent to our AI service provider (OpenAI) to generate suggestions. Your actual data values are never transmitted.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Software, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your device called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Software, the time and date of your use of the Software, and other statistics.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.

Our website uses cookies to improve user experience and analyze website traffic. The Mac application does not use cookies. You can configure your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.
